# Delete Header

 * I would like to delete my header. I want to nest my blog into my existing frames
   website. I want to use my existing website header instead of the the WP header.
 * I figured out how to remove the text, but I have not been able to remove the 
   space. When nested in frames the blog starts too low on the screen and I would
   like it to start just below the frames header.
 * Any suggestions? I have not found info in the online docs yet to support what
   I am looking to do.

 * figured it out. found header px dimension in stylesheet. reduced from 175 to 
   5px and now all is dandy.
