Delete grade boxes down the side on front end

Hi there, i was wondering if its possible to remove the grades meta fields altogether and change the text of some of the learning resources? Ive tried using css to stop them displaying on the front end without success, even if we dont select any checkboxes it still shows a list of them. I also wanted to either add or change some of the learning resource wording
