 * Seems they keep multiplying when I try to delete. They are all images from my
   instagram slider. Deleted the slider but images still there. Can anyone help

 * Similar threads are discussed at following URLs. Mostly this problem caused by
   the WPML plugin and fixed by the updating WPML to latest version.
