    Hello,

I noticed that I have nearly 100 visitors from rankings-analytics.com/ whose locations around the world are showing up on my map. Going forward, I have entered this website in the “URLS to ignorge” box. However, I also want to remove the visits that already occurred from my count. Is there a way I can do this?

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Adding a related request – it is important to me that fake visitors’ locations also be removed from the world map. I have a lot of visitors “referred” from ranking-analytics.com who are nearly singe-handedly populating South America and Europe. It would mean a lot if I was able to remove their dots.

    Thanks again!

Thank you for your request. The plugin developer will investigate further your request.

Excellent, I really appreciate it! Being able to delete administrator locations in hindsight could be another useful related function (useful for me at least!).

    Hi,

I’m following up on my question about retroactively deleting “fake” visitors from my world map and visitor count. Does it look like this will be possible?

    Thanks again!

Hi, just one question what is the date you have added to the following setting Days to store visitor data:

I have days to store visitor set to 10,000, thanks.

Hi, try the following. Log into your server and use phpMyAdmin open the database associated with your website. Find the following table visitor_maps_wo. If I am not mistaken this should list all your visitors. Locate the ones you want to delete and delete them.

Before you carry out the above make sure you create a new backup just in case something goes wrong.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

This worked perfectly, thank you so much!! I really appreciate your time and effort helping me with this. My overall visitor count did not end up changing greatly, but the world map is more reflective of where visitors genuinely interested in my website are coming from.
