# delete everything to do with comments

 * I am using pages, not posts.
 * The theme is Weaver 2.2
 * And I want to delete “leave a reply” stuff on very page, and in fact I dont need
   anything to do with comments at all.
 * I have searched this forum, and unfortunately the other entries quote code that
   i just dont see in my page templates.
 * Please help.

 * Settings -> Discussion. Uncheck “Allow people to post comments on new articles”.
   On published Pages, edit each page and uncheck “Allow comments” in the Discussion
   pane on each Edit Page. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options and
   tick “Discussion”.
