# Delete Date…does not

 * When bringing up the edit submenu from a recurring event detail popup, I am assuming
   that the third item “Delete Date” should simply delete the date of that recurrence
   from the calendar. But when I choose it the Events listing page (not the edit
   page) is opened.
 * (My Calendar v.3.6.16, WP 6.8.3)

 * The “Delete Date” link goes to the event listings and shows an admin notice at
   the top of the page with the text “**Delete Event: **Are you sure you want to
   delete this event?” and a button to complete the deletion.

 * Thanks Joe, I completely missed the admin notice, and it was not clear to me 
   whether I would be deleting one date or a series. All clear now.
