 * to test I have uninstalled the plugin, activating the option to delete data, 
   but the tutor profile continues to appear in the user profile … is that normal?

 * When you uninstall this plugin, it should not show any data related to this plugin.
   Can you please elaborately describe your issue to understand more about your 
   questions?
 * BTW: we are close to releasing stable version.
