• Hi

Pages (outside of categories) can be set up to support comments as well. But I didn’t found in the admin how to delete such comments…

    Any help`?

    Thanks, tin68

  • You can create a template file named page.php, put it in your theme’s folder, and then WordPress will use it whenever it displays a page.

So basically you could make a page.php file just like the index.php except with the comments section deleted. Then there would be no comments for pages.

I think tin68 meant that if someone post a comment on a page not a post, how to find the comments in the manage comment section to delete etc? I interpret it that way though

Truth, the page comments are with all the other comments under Manage > Comments

Bingo! Yes of course – I searched under “pages” and not not under “comments”.

One little problem: You have to be very carefull when looking for the page name where to delete the comment – it’s not so obvious. Well – but I could delete the comments – thanks.
