"Delete Cache on All Blogs": easy to click, easy to do a mess

Hello guys. I just wanted to request and improvement very easy to do, and it’s basically aiming to avoid accidentally deleting the Cache for all the blogs in a multisite environment. If you have a network with several (10+) very visited websites and accidentally click on the “Delete Cache on All Blogs” button, they will surely experience an annoying slowdown in performance.

So, to mitigate this scenario, can you add even a javascript confirm box printing something like “Are you sure you want to Delete Cache on All Blogs?”
