    Hi,
I accidentally deleted all my products with “Delete All Products” button. I am not sure why there is such a button so close to bulk actions…. Is there a way to undo or recover my lost products? I really need help. I have no backup of the data. Thanks.

Come to think of it, there shouldn’t be “delete all products” button in the first place. When would an E commerce company delete all its product. This is really a bad design. You shouldn’t put such disastrous button at the top with things like Filters and Bulk Actions. I mean what are the chances that someone will accidentally hit it. The warning wasn’t useful, I thought I was deleting all products in a category. Not everything on the website….. Please eliminate this button or hide it by default.

    Hi kong

There is no way to undo it. That is why there is a second pop-up screen that tells you you’re about to delete all products and makes you confirm the action.

This is one of the reasons we suggest you always keep backups of your site and database. If you have a backup, then you can just restore the site as it was yesterday, or whenever the backup is from, to get your products back.

    Best regards,
