    It’s possible to unsubscribe from a “Subscription Plan” by user but the user account then continues to exist.

    Is it possible that a user can also delete his account?

    Hello Gunu,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    This is not a feature of Paid Member Subscriptions, since user accounts are tied to your WordPress website and not directly to our plugin.

    I found this plugin which claims to allow the users to delete their own accounts.

    Hi,

    Users can cancel their subscription plan if they go to the My Account page created with [pms-account] shortcode.

    If the user cancels a subscription plan his account is not deleted. He becomes a registered users since he is not a member.

    In PMS we don’t have the feature to let users delete their account. With some custom code we can achieve this with Profile Builder.

    Since you are using a premium version of PMS please submit a support ticket regarding this issue because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.
