 * This seems incredibly obvious, but how do I delete a user?
 * Also, how do I change a username? I can change them all I want and the changes
   don’t take effect.

 * You must demote a user to level 0 before you will be allowed to delete them. 
   If you are the admin user, you should be able to edit every aspect of a user’s
   profile.
