Hi @dbookshop,
Would you be able to check if the problem persists when all the plugins are deactivated except AIOSEO and WooCommerce and your theme is set to the default “Twenty Twenty One”?
This could be a memory issue and you can check that by enabling WP_DEBUG. In that case, you’ll need to increase the PHP memory limit by editing the wp-config.php file.

Hello @shivamtyagi
All plugins except SEO and WooCommerce have been disabled
But the problem is not solved and it is very slow
I also activated the debug, no error was found!

Thank you for your help.
Hey @dbookshop, can you please try increasing the memory allocated to PHP by using the constant in the wp-config?

Hello @shivamtyagi
This code has been done for a long time.
See the image below :

If the code is wrong, please help me fix it.
Could it be from hosting?
Hi @dbookshop,
Would you mind increasing the memory_limit to 1024M and let me know if that fixes the issue?
Can you please also check the PHP memory_limit set inside the php.ini file? It’s possible that the PHP memory_limit set inside your php.ini file is still low. Your hosting provider can check this for you and increase the PHP memory_limit.

Hello @shivamtyagi
I had this problem before, the access level to your support was given
But because the host (server) did not allow it, it was not possible to check 🙁
Watch the video below, this is my problem
[video src="https://uupload.ir/view/record_2021_10_23_09_04_54_401_l04r.mp4" /]
Is it possible to send the access level via telegram?
If possible, please send me the Telegram ID and check for my site.
Hi @dbookshop, unfortunately, we don’t use Telegram for communication. Can you please contact us here – https://aioseo.com/contact/. You can click the “Submit a Form” button and ask for me specifically.
