  • Resolved codyns

Hey guys, I love your plugin, but for some reason whenever I set an automation with a delayed email action, the email never sends. The task just stays in the “Scheduled” status, but never sends and reaches its “Complete” status.

Interestingly, I notice that if I install or update any other plugin on my site, THEN the tasks will execute and the delayed emails will send. …werid.

I read this thread here in your support section and set up a cron job as mentioned, but that didn’t solve the problem. In any case, it doesn’t look like my cron jobs were disabled on my server to begin with, but I thought I’d try anyway.

I also enabled the plugin’s logging and read through the logs that were generated, but nothing looks incorrect or out-of-place.

I can’t figure this one out. Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @codyns

It seems to me definitely a cron issue. Autonami relies on WP CRON much.

The endpoint of the worker if you add as a cron on your hosting. Then the tasks would execute without delays.

We would require the wp admin details as well.

    So, contact us here

We will definitely resolve the query.

    Closing this thread now.
