Delayed delivery do not work, not support AJAX, is not compatible with YITH POS

    Very disappointed, does not support AJAX when adding, generated codes are not compatible with regular coupons and are not supported with YITH POS, also recently the scheduled sending of a gift card or sending immediately after purchase does not work correctly

    Thanks for the reply. I am a premium user and everything described here is not true. Support requests have been sent, but your module does not work with AJAX, since when adding card data to the cart, the page is refreshed, which should not happen when adding with AJAX. I have already created several tickets for delivery and we are still experiencing problems

    Also a premium subscriber to the Gift Card plugin and have had a support case open since November 2024. Gift Cards are no longer sent upon purchase, they have to be manually processed which it seems is a wide spread fault. What’s worse, is the gift card can’t be used if there is postage, unless postage is paid separately making it useless for an online store. What was once a great plugin, it’s that no longer. I still have hope that it will be fixed but after almost 6 months of the same problems and the support team trying to fix with nothing working, it’s now a plugin that’s no longer compatible with WooCommerce. So very disappointing.

    I have already decided to abandon this module. Support did not help. They insist that the problems are in CRON, although all other CRON actions work without problems. I refuse their module in favor of Smart Coupons from the company StoreApps.

    Works without problems, good support and constant development of the plugin and updates, and not like YITH, no progress and new features. They don’t even work with POS
