• Hi All,

The last week or more i have had trouble with my wordpress multisite. Any changes i make are delayed by half an hour or more. That is for design changes and general widgets or text.

The site has been working fine up util then. I have tried clearing my wp supercache data and deleting my browser cache data but there is still no change., does anyone have any suggestions? they would be most appreciated.

    website is http://holmbury.com

    Many Thanks

    David

  • Hi David – it sounds like you are still caching somewhere. Who is your host? Is it possible that there is caching enabled at the server level? Are you using any other plugins that might cache like Cloudflare or Sucuri or Wordfence?

Have you tried disabling all plugins?

Also, what kind of updates don’t show up? Are you updating your theme / code, or is it actually edits to pages using the WordPress editor?

I did have word fence however I deleted all files from the server. I am in contact with the hosts, they seem to think no caching is taking place on the server.

I Haven’t tried disabling the plugins yet that will be my next port of call tonight.

I use woothemes canvas theme so I make changes to design directly in the admin panel, but it also affects the pages i.e. when I updating wording it delays the same.
