delay payment and delivery for customized digital product

    I want to use Woocommerce for a catalougue of marketing video templates, but the videos will have to be customized by myself before final delivery.
    The customer should be able to ORDER the video through the shop (without paying), but only PAY and DOWNLOAD the product after I have customized the video.

    How can I set up woocommerce for this scenario?
