Delay opening pop-up form

Hello,

We used this plugin to create a pop-up form in the footer of this site http://dev.fullcircleadoptions.org/alternate.

But there’s 8-10 second delay before the form opens once you click Subscribe to newsletter.

Any idea why this is happening?
