Delay Notifications showing up

Hey everyone! Maybe I’m just blind, but I couldn’t find what im searching for on the internet.

I want to delay the notification pop-up. So that it only pops up, when the visitor reached a certain part of the site (for example: It pops up, when he scrolled down 2/3 of the side).

Is there any sort of code, I can implement? Thank you so much for your help!
