 * Is there a way to delay the redirect? It should wait approximately 10 seconds
   before navigating to another site or page.

 * A redirect cannot have a delay. What you may have seen elsewhere is done in the
   client with the browser waiting before changing page.
 * I would generally advise against it as it’s a bad user experience, and is not
   classified as a redirect by search engines.
