Hello. I'd like to create new users for my client's site based on a list given to me. I do want an email notification sent to them, but not immediately. Is there a way I can schedule when this email is sent out? Thank you so much!

You can't directly schedule when the email goes out - it is done when the user registers (and/or when they are approved, if using moderated registration).

If you are using moderated registration, the first email would be a message indicating their registration was completed. They are not sent login credentials until the registration is approved by an admin.

You could pseudo-schedule it if you were using moderated registration and you remove all of the content from the registration pending message in the plugin's email tab. If there is no content in the email dialog and subject, no email is sent. Then they would only receive an email when their registration is approved.
