Delay download of Digital Products

    Hi,

    I want a very simple way for clients to order and pay for digital .pdf reports. However, since we create the reports manually I need to be able to delay the download until the report is ready, then provide them with the link to the read/view/download.

    Is there a way to delay downloads until I have the digital product ready?

    Hi David,

    We don’t have a way for you to add and send your product post-purchase, however what you could do is sell your product as a ‘Service’ and then email the PDF to your customer when you have it ready. Their email address will be captured and appear in your Customers and/or Orders tab in your Selz dashboard. If you have any other questions let us know by emailing help@selz.com.
