# Delay cookie banner

 * Hi there,
 * Is it possible to add a short delay to prevent the cookie banner from appearing
   immediately?
 * For example, users must first accept a site disclaimer (pop-up) and on mobile,
   getting that plus the cookie banner served at the same time is not ideal.

 * thats an interesting use case. Probably I will go more in this direction of providing
   a callback, that you can call, to show the banner.

 * Thanks for the follow up. At least from my experience, the cookie banner loads
   slightly after other content, so it kind of has the desired impact.
 * But I was able to chuck some css at it to reduce the size and decrease the immediate
   clutter served to users which was particularly bad on mobile.
 * With that said I’m definitely interested still in this feature so I await the
   release.
