    Hi.
    How can I make defult widget, theme, theme setting for whole the blogs that their owner can’t change theme?

    You could use WordPress user roles to limit what the user can do.

    (1) Go to My Sites –> Network Admin –> Sites.
    (2) Select a website.
    (3) Check the box to the right of the user you want to change.
    (4) In the “Change Role To” dropdown select Editor and then press change.

    The user will now not be able to change any of the widget/theme settings.

    defult widget and theme setting for new sites

    You could add something like this to your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEFAULT_THEME', 'classic');
    
    where 'classic' is replaced with the folder name of your theme.

    I know for default theme what should I do.. but for widget I couldn’t find sth..Plz help..thank u.
