# Defender blocking my access

 * I am getting messages to unblock my website from defender. I have removed defender
   and reinstalled it but I still get the unblock message. How can I fix it? Message
   I get is below:

 * Hope you are doing well today.
 * Are you able to access the wp-admin while the Defender is active? If yes please
   go to Defender -> Firewall -> logs and search for your IP address to see why 
   you are getting blocked.
 * If you couldn’t your IP in the firewall logs, please go to Defender -> Settings
   and check if it can detect your IP correctly.

 * You can use a site like this to find what is your current IP adddress.

 * This issue could be related to Defender having issues detecting your IP or when
   you are accessing too many 404 files or pages while the 404 lockout is enabled.
