Defective responsitivity

    Hello everybody,

    recently, we set up a wordpress site with integrated woocommerce and chose the oblique theme. Everything worked fine, but then the site stopped being responsive, i.e. did no longer scale properly at mobile devices, and simply keeps the desktop screen dimensions.

    The theme itself is basically responsive and it functioned flawlessly in the past. The css code does include the scaling parameters, but the simply doesn’t apply. All components are up to date.

    Helping hints would be very much appreciated.

    We checked your site and seems to work properly. Which page in particular isn’t responsive for you? Can you share some screenshots? Thank you.

    Hello again,
    thanks for considering my issue and your reply.

    Unfortunatly i did’nt describe my problem in the right way. (My bad.)

    Of course, the site scales correctly to an adapted resolution, e.g. for mobiles. But it doesn’t change the ‘mode’, which exits for the different device categories. (Desktop, tablet and mobile)

    These modes are configurable in the theme customizer, where they are displayed perfectly. But the site in normal browser view is always shown in desktop mode, regardless the device, resulting in too small fonts, and a far too tiny interface button, with the necessity to zoom in.

    These modes should be activated automatically, following the ‘browser agent recognition’ or so, and did it in the past.

    So basically, that’s what was meant with defective responsabilty.
    Is there any probable cause for this behaviour?
