Hi @kiwiwebworks,
The plugin should skip any checkout step that is considered completed, that is, when all its required fields have a value and for some types of fields the value pass the validation rules.
This is the intended behavior for all logged-in customers. Guest customers will only see this behavior if they visit the checkout page a second time after already entering their data.
1. Does it happen to guest customers without an email entered in the first step?

Diego
Hi Diego
I’ve found that it is an incompatability with this plugin, any chance this is something that could be resolved? https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-easy-checkout-field-editor/9799777
Thanks

Hi @kiwiwebworks,
It might be that the Easy Checkout Field Editor plugin is setting the email field as optional for some reason.
I can certainly check if something can be done to add compatibility with that plugin.
