Defaults

It would be really nice to be able to customize admin with defaults. For example I would like:

1) in writing a post for the list of possible tags to show automatically without having to click on “Choose from the most used tags” because I always open that list. Ideally it would load in background after the page opens since it takes a little time but if the list is cached then it might be able to load quickly.

2) Dashboard At a Glance to be able to show the statistics I’m interested in. I liked those in 3.7 and find that 3.8 is missing things I want to know like Spam, Pending, etc. These are basic stats that could be offered without having to add other plugins.

3) Activity Recently Published, Comments and Publishing Soon are really separate things that one might want one, two or all of. Tying them together is annoying. How many one wants to see should be settable.
