Support » Plugin: Woo Shortcodes Kit » Default WooCommerce edit-address page shows nothing when this plugin is active

  • Resolved rogeriodec

Hi, when a WooCommerce customer logs into the site and tries to edit addresses (my account / edit-address page) when your plugin is active, nothing appears. By disabling it, the addresses reappear.

    Hi Rogerio!

You are right, if you are using the default WooCommerce my account shortcode it dont will display the addresses because in the v.1.7.6 the template was updated to be compatible with his addon.

If you know how edit the files, you can go to your wp-content > plugins > woo shortcodes kit > templates > form-edit-address.php > line 25 and remove the // that you will see between <?php // wc_get_template… just remove the // and save the changes.

Now the addresses will work again with the default WooCommerce my account shortcode.

I think i will add a new section for enable all the shortcodes and with it fix the problem.

Thanks for the advice, if you dont know how make the temporally change, just tell me and i will send you the file modified or the plugin version with the change maded.

    Thanks, it solved this issue.
It’s a good idea to have all the plugin features disabled by default, that is, even with your plugin enabled, nothing changes in terms of current website behavior. In this way, the user will only notice changes from the moment he activates any of the options manually.
