# Default Value for User Information

 * Hi,
 * Great addition to the CF7 plugin. I had a question though that I badly need a
   solution for. Is there a way to make the default value dynamically populate with
   the current logged in user’s username? Similarily I would like another hidden
   field that autopopulates with the user’s email so that I can use this field to
   send a confirmation email to the email that is populated.

 * Unfortunately I’m still having issues when trying to use the new default values.
   When I add “user_name”, “user_email”, etc. to the “Default value (optional)” 
   field it does indeed autopopulate the form with that value but it’s populating
   the field with “user_name” and not dynamically changing to the logged in user’s
   name/email/etc.
 * Can you provide any help with this?

 * Nvm, I found my resolution in another thread. It seems changing the name of the
   hidden field affects the auto populate function. I’ve left the default naming
   of “hidden-xxx” and it’s working fine.
