Hi, this is not the first time the we tried the Awesome support plugin and it works fine every time.

This time we have an issue related to the user. First of all we downloaded the plugin on a multisite and we used it only on one website of three. We started to check quickly the option but, when I tried to create an account to simulate the user who will write the ticket, I saw that the role related to the plugin (Support Supervisor, Support Manager, Support Agent and Support User) doesn’t exist.

So right now I can’t go further because noone can write ticket and I would like to fix it. I know that I can create a custom role and assign it the capabilities but before that is possibile to fix the problem and have the original users? I prefer this way because it sure be better if I use your role and not mine.

    Thanks for the help
Write me if you need anything else

  • Hi @pxmc

Apologize for the situation. it is more likely that another plugin is controlling the user’s role behavior, could you please check that?

if that is not the case, could you please confirm your Awesome Support, WP, and PHP versions and any specific plugins you are using?

Hi Jawad, I check for the plugin but i can’t find anything. I’m not sure if is related to a plugin beacuse we use you plugin in other website with the same plugin and it never create problem.

I write to you the info you asked and the list of your plugin, maybe you will see something wrong that can help us.

The version of the plugin is 6.1.1, the wordpress version is 6.0.3 and the php version is 7.4.32.

The list of your plugin is: Awesome Support, Bridge Core (theme option), Classic Widgets, Contact Form 7, Redirection for Contact Form 7, Safe SVG (svg uploads), Simple Tooltips (create tooltip), Slider Revolution, Ultimate Dashboard (custom login page), WPBakery Page Builder, WPS Hide Login (change wp-admin), Yoast Duplicate Post, Yoast Seo.

Those are the plugin on the website and for use they never create problem so I don’t what it can be.

Thanks for the help, I’ll wait your reply

    Best regards

    Hi @pxmc

While I investigate this issue, could you please reactive all the plugins one by one and check if the problem goes away?

    Hi Jawad,

I tried to deactivate all the plugins and activate one by one but the problems is still present. I don’t know what it could be. The website is almost done and near the public day but without your plugin we can’t go online.

I hope to find a solution quickly because I like your solution and I don’t want to find anything else.

    Thanks for the time.

    Regards
