 * I have a requirement to automatically set the post time stamp to a particular
   date. I would like for the “publish on” to be preset to this and not publish
   immediately. The date will typically be the previous Friday.
 * Is there a hook that will allow me to do this?
 * Thanks.

 * this has been resolved by setting post_date and post_date_gmt
