    I want the time to be EST + 5, what should
   i write under “default time format”???

 * At [Options – General], you have to edit the difference to utc. The default time
   format is just the format of the time, e.g. ‘l, d.m.Y’ for ‘Friday, 09.12.2005’…

 * Sorry, time format should be ‘H:i’ for ’12:45′, but the important thing is to
   change the difference to UTC (on the same screen, just above the default date
   format).
