Hi emvlee,
Are you able to check that the purchased theme still exists in the theme folder? I have had cases where the update has actually removed the theme and has caused issues. This could be a result of that.

Hi Ash, that did happen at first, but reinstalled immediately and set it back up. Error remains. Other ideas?
Hey emvlee,
Have you tried uploading the image again to see if that resolves the issue? If that doesn’t work, I will have to investigate in a few hours. Just to confirm also, you are using the new version of the theme (ie were you prompted to download the updated version?)

Hi Ash,
I certainly did upload the file to a couple of different locations, different resolutions and extebtions as well, but without any luck. I did not get a prompt for an update on the default-with-image theme.
You can confirm my payment for the theme browsing your PayPal history for penningmeester [at] [domain] .nl. Without giving full details this would give you enough to determine. Bought on 4-nov20-2013.
Hey emvlee,
I think we should get that theme updated to the latest version. It quite unusual that you haven’t been noticed of it in the admin there. I will send you a zip of the updated version to your paypal email. Install that and give it a go. I can’t see how this would make a difference, however the old version of the PDF may error with the new version of data which could have a knock-on affect to the image.
Keep an eye out for that email.
Emvlee,
Based on our email trail, this issue is now resolved and was found to be due to the PHP version conflicting with something in FPDF.
Thanks for sticking in there with me to finding a solution.

Hi Ash,
I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version, and added the default theme with image again. Problem is I’m not prompted to specify a file path… So the theme stopped working. The theme you costumized for me isn’t working either. Sorry to bother you again. Any ideas?
