 * I’m editing the defualt theme to fit my idea better, but I can’t seem to do a
couple things. here is my site [http://www.tronicscribe.com/wordpress](http://www.tronicscribe.com/wordpress)
you will see at the bottom of the footer there is a smal space which I want to
close. I want the green bg to extend all the way to the bottom of the page. but
how? also at the top in the sidebar I tried to insert a photo, but I must be
typing the code wrong. how do I put a photo in the side bar? thank you.

 * looks like you figured out the green background issue, as far as the image, you
probably don’t have the correct file path in your sidebar code. You have “images/
author.jpg”, try the full path [http://www.tronicscribe.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/tsthemeone/images/author.jpg](http://www.tronicscribe.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/tsthemeone/images/author.jpg)

 * I tried changing the file path, but it still doesn’t work. thanks though. unless
I’m still doing something wrong with the file path, I don’t know what it is.
 * Also, another question. How can I reverse the content colom and the sidebar?
I want the side bar to the left and the content to the right.

 * did you use the URI that I provided in my post? That link returns your photo.
Copy and past that into your sidebar file in the img tag.
    As far as moving a
sidebar, that is a little tricky, as the CSS is usually written to handle the
sizes as is. Looking at your CSS, you are floating the narrowcolumn to the left,
and using a sidebar with left margin of 540px. Basically you will need to change
these values. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. [http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_Design_and_Layout#Basics_of_WordPress_Site_Design](http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_Design_and_Layout#Basics_of_WordPress_Site_Design)

 * I used that URI, yes. Maybe my img tag isn’t correct? I can’t figure it out.
   I’ll keep trying.

Checking your validation shows that you are not using quotes to start your URI.
