Default Theme Not working

    I have installed the latest version of wordpress on IIS7 running on vista with the latest php installation, everything appears to work except the default theme.

    Images and styles are not appearing, I have checked that the files are in the wp-content/themes folder. In the Theme manager the themes are listed but with no preview images.

    If anyone can help I would be grateful, hopefully it’s something simple that I haven’t setup correctly.
