“Default” theme, can’t find where to set the logo

    The default theme options says:

    General options for header, social links and footer sections could also be set in Blog Info panel. with a link to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_main_main

    But there isn’t any option to setup logo, hedaer, footer or socials there.
