# Default theme

 * I had a bunch of themes installed on my MU site, when I switch to 3.0 I deleted
   all the themes and plan to use the new 3.0 default theme for all new blogs created.
 * I changed the theme folder name to “default” but when a new blog is created it
   gets a white screen and no theme is selected for it.
 * I thought changing the theme folder name to default sets it to always use that
   when a new blog is created?

 * In the new 3.0 world, the default theme is twentyten. Try naming it back?

 * Yeah, don’t do that. In wordpress 3.0, it does not look for a theme folder called“
   default”. it looks for twentyTen.

 * Got it thanks guys!
 * FYI, had to rename the folder twentyten, not twentyTen.

 * Opps, sorry. 🙂 My typos arelegendary.
 * Also! you can declare a different default theme via a define in the config file.
 * `define('WP_DEFAULT_THEME', 'themefoldername');`
