It looks like something went wrong with the shipping providers list (top -right of the list), I suggest you sync the list and reset the list, this will re-built the DB table.

Thanks for getting back to me 🙂
I tried the resync with ‘Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database’ selected a couple of times… and now I have 5 copies of both my selected shipping providers on the shipping providers list (New Zealand Post and CourierPost), and the default shipping provider is not pre-selected still.

I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but it didn’t make any difference.
Is there a way I can completely remove the plugin, including the shipping providers in the database and then reinstall it?

Ok, we fixed the reset issue and we will release it in the next version.

Thank you for the update!
The multiple copies of the shipping providers have now gone, leaving me with just one of each… awesome! 🙂
Unfortunately the default shipping provider still isn’t pre-selected.
Do I need to do something for the this to applied? I tried deselecting and reselecting but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

We just released the latest version of the plugin and fixed the default shipping provider not selected issue.
