Default Registration form is not loading on my page

    Hello I installed the Ultimate Member plugin and I am trying to add the default registration form to my page but it is not showing up. I even copy and pasted the shortcode to the page but it just shows the actual code and not the form itself when I go to preview the page. I am thinking I am missing some steps that is causing this issue. Can someone please help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

    Hi @mmarcel,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please attach the screenshots of this issue so we can better understand it.
    What shortcode do you have on your registration page?
    Have you assigned registration page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages section?
