 * I need to know how to change the Default Flag when i add the field Phone.
 * Shows me all the countrys, but i need Argentina as defualt +54.

 * For making Argentina as default country, you have to customize the Job Board.
 * For a glimpse, we can tell you that please customize the **simple-job-board> 
   public> js> simple-job-board-public.js**
