 * Hi thanks for a great plugin. A have a feature suggestion. It would be great 
   if it was possible to set the Post Title as the Default Message for Twitter sharing.

 * You can do this, just edit the “Twitter Share Link” so instead of ending in “&
   text=%%message%%” it ends in “&text=%%title%%”

 * Is there a way to have both the title and a message? Both: “&text=%%message%%”
   it ends in “&text=%%title%%”

 * Just combine the two, e.g.
    &text=%%message%% – %%title%%

 * This solution works except when there are special characters in the title, like
   an apostrophe.
