# Default Member Driectory issue

 * The default Member Directory isn’t showing all the users on a site I’m developing.
   Only the newest user’s cover photo shows and nothing else. No avatars or anything.

 * I’ve disabled all the plugins & tried switching to a default theme and it still
   looks the same. Anyone else having this issue?

 * I’ve checked your page and there’s a php error stopping the page from loading
   due to an extension that is not installed.
 * You need to install the PHP multibyte extension (“mbstring”) as described here:
