Hi,
I’m sorry. Can you try to explain it again?
What exactly are you trying to do?
I’m trying to figure out why free orders with multiple items aren’t going to a custom order status that I have set as default with your plugin.
I classify all of the original multi orders with a status of their own so that I can filter them out. When the order total is 0 and nothing has to be paid, it automatically takes the full order to completed and doesn’t use the multi order status that I have set. It does break the order down into sub orders but I need it to classify the main order like all the other ones
Are you referring to payment status or the default order status?
The payment status is only (paid, unpaid and partial paid).
You can create more of them but I believe they can’t be automatically set.
Here is a link to the settings menu.

I created a custom order status of
“Full Order Complete”
Every order that comes in that contains more than one product goes to this order status using your plugin.
The sub orders your plugin makes, changes the suborders to completed.
All of the orders that come in with multiple products works as set through your plugin except for the FREE ones.
The free ones come in as completed order status automatically and then creates suborders in the completed order status as well. This means when I try to export completed orders, the free ones duplicate because the multi order and the sub orders are classified as completed.
I just updated the plugin to 1.0.10 in order to fix this issue you mentioned.
It should be available in no time. Please give it a try and tell me the results
Great! Thanks for letting me know.
Would you mind writing a tiny review for the plugin? It’s really important for us
