    My default image isn’t working too.

    And I don’t expect it to be solved since wordpress.org support forums are never answered.

    Let me know if you found another plugin that does it.

    It ended up being a server side issue with BlueHost. They fixed whatever needed fixing and then it started working. First they told me it wasn’t their problem, though.
