 * Interesting question. I never expected anyone to want something other than “Public”
   for the default group, so I never made any options for that.
 * If you are comfortable editing the plugin file directly, you could replace the
   values for “id” and “name” on line 149, though. Obviously this would be a bit
   of a hack and I haven’t tested it, but I think it would work.
