# Default form erased

 * My theme likely came with a prebuilt form ([contact-form-7 id=”287″ title=”Newsletter”])
   for sending someone a link to a blog article to read.
 * The form is gone, I get a 404. Is there anywhere this form can be downloaded 
   and imported into the Contact Form 7 Plugin?
 * I see many instances of this for [Id=287] when searching Google so I think this
   is probably just a default form for all installations of the plugin.
 * Any help is appreciated.
