 * Is it possible to make a theme update with classes for default drop down lists
   in widgets? Or you can suggest another approach to modify them with css?

 * You can target individual widget OR all widgets in the sidebar and give them 
   your own styling. View source to get the class or id for selector.

 * Yes, I can edit main id, but I can not change bullet button and they have no 
   class inside
    -  tag.
