    Hello everyone,
In my WPMU I have this problem on each site, on discussion panel I have the same picture for all options (Mystery Person, Blank, Gravatar Logo, Identicon etc.).
    Any solution?

    Best regards

    What picture is showing?

    Two things to try.

    1) Turn off ALL plugins

    2) Switch the theme to twenty fifteen

I’ve seen that before when someone had coded a special new default avatar improperly.

Are you talking about change it in the main site? Or I need to disable plugins on network?

On the main site first, but you MAY need to disable all network plugins as well 🙁

thanks, indeed I found it. It’s the userpro plugin, network activated.
I always had avatars problems with that damn plugin. The problem is that their indian service is not very efficient, 3-5 days for reply to a support question with answers mostly poor and aleatory.

fantastic, their support page has this message “Error establishing a database connection”…is there anything I can try to do for solve this problem by myself? Thanks

    Besides not using that plugin?

It’s paywalled so there’s nothing I can really do to help you out 🙁

We try our best to help everyone with any WordPress problem. However, due to the great variety of existing themes and plugins it is nearly impossible to know everything. Your best chance is to contact the developer for support. It’s always best to go to where the theme/plugin is officially supported when trying to get support.

I’ll try to contact the support service. Thanks
