 * is it possible to use custom amount as default value? Some prefer to use custom
   amount as default value on there website .

 * Currently it isn’t possible to have the form defaulted to the custom amount option.
   Based on our research, it’s better to offer donors a few donation options to 
   choose from in addition to allowing them to type in their own custom amount.
 * You could use the multi-level donation option for just one donation amount, with
